  Wayne from Motorama Toyota Browns Plains exceeded my expectations with his customer service. He answered all my questions, was courteous during the test drive and whole process and was open to me getting an pre purchase report which I did. I made an offer which was partially accepted but still competitive compared to other vehicles on the market. Wayne even then picked me up from New Farm (40 minutes from Browns Plains) after I had driven home, to collect my car at Browns Plains. I would highly recommend Wayne and the team from Motorama Toyota Browns Plains.

  I wanted to buy a car. But they never got back to me. I chased them. I was in the dealership but they had an event that night and didn't really want to do anything. I went back but they had no manuals and said they would source one and call me back. No call. I called them and they gave an excuse. But I felt they weren't interested in selling a car. I'm still waiting for them to call.
