    I have had my Hyundai for 3 and a half years now. It is the first Hyundai I have ever owned and I absolutely love my car. The service at Browns Plains is faultless. They are always so willing to help and their friendliness and courtesy is commendable. From the reception staff, to the check in and the after service. If I have ever had a problem, it has always been addressed without question.

    We have driven a Hyundai Accent for a few years and decided to update it. We looked for a similar model and had a really pleasant experience with friendly staff and no hard sell of features we did not want. They were very professional, efficient, and helpful. They also served us good coffee!

    I put my Hyundai I30 in for a service on Tuesday 19 December 2017. When contacted by your service attendant advising that the drivers side front window made a slight noise when it was wound down and did I want it looked at & fixed. I advised him no. When I went to collect my vehicle I was advised that they lubricated it and it was working fine. My mum wound down the window on the way home & when she tried to wind it back up it made a terrible clunking noise & would not wind back up. I took it back to your workshop & advised the service attendant what had occurred & was told that Zupps Hyundai was not responsible & that because you had advised me it made a noise during their complimentary checks that I would have to pay to have it repaired. I believe that because I did not give Zupps permission to lubricate it I should not have to pay to have it fixed. It has never made any sort of noise at all since I have owned it or before I put it in for this service. I would like it repaired for free as I believe Zupps has damaged the window mechanism by lubricating it without my permission. If this does not occur I will have no option than to take this matter further with the ombudsman or fair trading.

    When I first stepped into the lot I was pleasantly greeted by Matthew. His knowledge of the models I was interested in was comprehensive. He was so friendly and relaxed it made my experience enjoyable. This experience was one of the key factors in bringing me back to purchase my new i30 from Matthew. On the day I took delivery of my new i30 the experience was just simply enjoyable. I am so excited about my new i30!!!!!! Matthew thank you so very much!!!!! 20 out of 10.
